Your Staff is Amazing!!!!! |
I wanted to write to you personally to tell you that I was in your store on the weekend, Your staff is amazing!!!!!! Even though they were really busy with Mother's Day etc., they were all so pleasant and actually took the time to show me different ideas etc. They took time to help me look at appropriate decorations for my home (we just finished renovating the entire main floor), as well as ideas for flowers to match my colour scheme. I have never been waited on with such warm hospitality in any other floral shop. I found wonderful ideas and I will certainly be back to decorate my home. Please relay my compliments to your staff, I purchased a wonderful orchid which is my most favourite flower and I love the arrangement one of the girls helped me with to make this orchid look so perfect.

Delighting and Meeting Our Every Expectation |

Hi, Today (Saturday) I ordered two arrangements - a thank you arrangement (for delivery) and one celebrating the arrival of a new baby boy. We picked up the latter arrangement and were so delighted by the presentation, flowers and the obvious care and attention that was given. A Lot of Thought Into Your Creations |
On the 5th of March I received a beautiful bouquet in honour of my birthday. It was delightful having the bouquet continue to come to life as time went on. First the roses blossomed and now there are little flowers bursting forth. You and your staff obviously put a lot of thought into your creations.
